Joint and Several.

Two or more people holding property as co-owners. When one dies, his or her share of the property automatically passes to the survivor or survivors. |

A beam that supports a ceiling or floor. |
Joist hanger.
A fabricated metal slot installed in a wall to keep a joist securely in position. |
